What is Sister Circle?

Sister Circle is a safe place that allows Black women to talk about issues that impact their mental health.

A drop -in support group exclusively for Black Women to discuss issues, such as racism, that impact their mental health. An opportunity to meet and share the joys and challenges Black Women face. A culturally safe space to connect, support, and learn from each other.

The Sister Circle is facilitated by Michelle McKenzie, Registered Provisional Psychologist

Please note that although allyship is a very important aspect of becoming a more equitable society, this space is exclusively for Black Women.

To help you with the journey of life, we are encouraging women to be there for each other. We also deal with men’s problems so you can join our men’s support group to cope with the issues.
