We offer drop-in support groups and workshops- courtesy of our funders and sponsors.

Anchor Men’s
Group

Drop-in Support group for men – exploring healthy relationships, coping with relationship breakdown, stress, anxiety and depression, substance misuse, self-confidence and self-identity.

St. Albert Anchor Men’s
Group

Support group for men in St. Albert – exploring healthy relationships, coping with relationship breakdown, stress, anxiety and depression, substance misuse, self-confidence and self-identity.

Anxiety & Depression Series

This is a 6 Week Psycho-Educational Support Group for Individuals who are Experiencing Anxiety and Depression. 

Healthy Living with Bipolar

Maintaining a healthy daily routine regardless of emotional state, focus on effective coping strategies for stability and experience connection as a group. 
 

Emotion Regulation
Series

This is a virtual 6-week psycho-educational and support group for individuals who are experiencing difficulty in managing difficult emotions.  

Emotion Regulation Workshop

This virtual workshop is a condensed format of the weekly Anxiety & Depression Series for individuals who are dealing with Anxiety and Depression.
 

Grief and Loss

This group is a psychoeducational support group. The aims of the group include improving the understanding of grief and loss, gaining support from other members and learning a variety of coping strategies. 
 

Healing Trauma Group

This virtual drop-in group is a weekly group that welcomes anyone who has been impacted by trauma, holding space for trauma experiences to foster healing. 

Empowering Teens

Teens will come together to discuss various topics effecting teen mental health. Teens can anticipate to discuss topics related to anxiety, depression, managing expectations, self-esteem, and many more.

Women's Wellness

This virtual drop-in Woman’s Wellness Group is a weekly group that welcomes women who are looking for a safe, genuine, and non-judgemental space to vent and share on a variety of topics, and gain support from other members in the group.
 

ADHD Support Group

This is a virtual 6-week psychoeducational support group for individuals 18+ who are interested in exploring ADHD.

Living Life to the Full Support Group

This helps people make a difference to their lives in eight enjoyable 90-minute sessions – one per week. This series is hosted in-person at NO COST. Open to everyone and anyone dealing with stress, anxiety or just needing help in dealing with life’s challenges.

Addiction Support Group

This group will run virtually on a weekly basis. The group will be free, voluntary, and open to men and women over 18. All are welcome, even if you may be just starting your journey by using harm reduction or working on maintaining an already-established abstinence from your addiction.
