Topics vary from week-to-week, but you can expect us to talk about coping with relationship breakdown, crisis, anger, stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, identity, grief, and healthy relationships. You can share as much or as little as you want, everyone is given the opportunity to speak. 

This group has been running since February 2014 and is facilitated by Dr David St. Arnault, Ph.D., Registered Psychologist, Nathan Foerger and Dennis Barrie, Registered Provisional Psychologists, Mallik Dhadwal, Jeremy Layton & Adam Hughes, Mental Health Therapists and supported by a counselling intern. 

In-Person Anchor Men’s Group

These sessions are in-person and will be every Thursday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. We are located in the Argyl Centre, #132, 6325 Gateway Blvd. 

Virtual Anchor Men’s Group 

These sessions will be virtual, every Tuesday from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. Please ensure you register for the sessions you would like to attend. You will receive a link to access the session on Tuesday afternoon. Please ensure you check your spam/junk folder.

With the health, safety and comfort of our clients and team members being our first priority, we are transitioning to in-person counselling on Tuesdays and Thursdays by appointment only, beginning April 1st. We will continue to offer all of our services virtually as well. When booking your preferred method, please watch for ‘in person’ or ‘virtual’ offerings in the schedule.
