You can share as much or as little as you want, everyone is given the opportunity to speak.
This group has been running since February 2014 and is facilitated by Dr David St. Arnault, Ph.D., Registered Psychologist, Nathan Foerger and Dennis Barrie, Registered Provisional Psychologists, Mallik Dhadwal, Jeremy Layton & Adam Hughes, Mental Health Therapists and supported by a counselling intern.

Anchor Mens Support:
- Providing a safe space to support men in active listening, speaking openly and sharing wisdom. The facilitators and group members have worked hard to create a sense of community and support.
- Solution Focused, this means we are goal directed and interested in some of the work you are already doing and how the group can support building on that work.
- You DO NOT need to attend previous sessions to drop into a session
- No cost thanks to Funding from the Living Hope
- If you register for the Tuesday virtual session, please ensure you check your junk/spam folder for the access link (this link will be sent every Tuesday afternoon)
