This virtual workshop is a condensed format of the weekly Emotion Regulation Series. In this workshop, individuals will explore the function of a variety of emotions and their influence on various behaviours and patterns of thinking; build an emotion regulation tool box; develop problem solving, crisis management, skills and techniques; Learn the impact of attachment styles and how they affect relationships; Develop a self-care plan; and cultivate an overall positive outlook when managing emotions throughout life.

Emotion Regulation Group:
- Please have a pen and piece of paper if you would like to take notes
- Session includes handouts and professional support
- We will break for 45 minutes for lunch
- Intake paperwork is required to receive the access link
