“Nobody should have to do this alone.”
The St. Albert Men’s Anchor Group provides a safe, supportive space for men to
connect, share experiences, and work on personal growth. This group is open to
residents of St. Albert and participation is free of charge.
Topics Discussed
Topics vary from week to week, but often include:
- Coping with relationship breakdown
- Crisis, anger, stress, and anxiety
- Depression and trauma
- Addiction and identity
- Grief and loss
- Building healthy relationships
You are welcome to share as much or as little as you like — everyone has the
opportunity to speak.

This group is facilitated by:

- Troy Farn, Registered Provisional Psychologist
- Cole Geake, Registered Social Worker
- Evan Anderson, Mental Health Clinician
