St. Albert Men's Anchor Group
No Cost Men's Anchor Group
“Nobody should have to do this alone.”
Topics Discussed
St. Albert Men’s group is an extension of our successful Edmonton-based Anchor Men’s Group. This group will run in-person for eight weeks, with the possibility of extension, through evaluation of participant feedback. Common themes that will be discussed in this group series include topics such as: relationship breakdown, depression, trauma, grief, stress, anger, identity, and life transitions. Each participant will have a chance to share as much or as little as they would like. The group will consist of all male-identifying facilitators and participants.
