Too much to do? Someone close to you is ill? Can’t sleep Feeling lonely? The way you feel is affected by things that happen to you, and you feel bad because you’re in a vicious cycle. Learn how to stop the cycle!
Living Life to the Full is a virtual mental health promotion course designed to help youth deal with everyday life challenges and learn self management skills using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles. Course content and materials are practical and easily applied to everyday life situations.
What you will learn:

- Stress Management
- Motivation
- Dealing with unhelpful thoughts
- Anger management
Living Life to the Full helps youth make a difference to their lives in eight enjoyable 90-minute sessions – one per week. This series is hosted at our clinic at NO COST. Open to all youth and anyone dealing with stress, anxiety or just needing help in dealing with life’s challenges.

- No Cost: Free thanks to the generosity of the Telus Community Board Hosted in-person each week at Momentum Counselling (6325 Gateway Blvd., Unit #132).
- Consent form completion is required for participation.
