Empowering Teens Group
Empowering Teens Group
“Nobody should have to do this alone.”
Join us for a supportive group where teens can come together to discuss various topics affecting their mental health. This is a nonjudgmental, safe space for teens to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, and to hear from others as well. Topics will include anxiety, depression, managing expectations, self-esteem, and many more. We will explore healthy coping strategies, ways to manage difficult or intense emotions, and what healthy versus unhealthy relationships look like. Teens can gain peer support and insight, and find ways to enhance their self-care. Sharing is encouraged but not required to be a part of this group.
Please note: Guardian consent is required for your teen to participate in this group. Registration is restricted to teens 14 – 17 years of age.
