Topics Discussed

This is a virtual 6-week psychoeducational support group for men who are interested in
exploring ADHD. Topics to be explored include understanding and managing the
difficulties and strengths of ADHD, emotional regulation, school experiences,
relationships, motivation, and self-compassion.

The group will be co-facilitated by Janet Vancaeselee, a Mental Health Therapist and
Canadian Certified Counsellor, and Cole Geake, a Social Worker.
