Please Note: Momentum Counselling kindly requests a $10 per session contribution at the time of group registration to help support our programs. However, we do not want finances to be a barrier to participation. If you are unable to afford the registration fee, you are still welcome to register and attend.

Topics vary from week to week, but often include:

- Crisis, anger, stress, and anxiety
- Depression and trauma
- Addiction and identity
- Grief and loss
- Building healthy relationships
You are welcome to share as much or as little as you like — everyone has
the opportunity to speak.
Group Facilitation
This group has been running since February 2014 and is facilitated by:
- Dr. David St. Arnault, Ph.D., Registered Psychologist
- Nathan Foerger, Registered Provisional Psychologist
- Mallik Dhadwal, Registered Provisional Psychologist
- Mario Fafard, Canadian Certified Counsellor
- Darcy Raymond, Registered Psychologist
- Nathan Beaucage, Registered Psychologist
- Supported by a counselling intern
Session Details
- In-Person Sessions: Thursdays, 6:30 – 8:30 PM at the Aryll Centre (#132, 6325 Gateway Blvd.)
- Virtual Sessions: Tuesdays, 6:30 – 8:30 PM on Google Meets. A session link will be emailed to you the afternoon of the group (please check your junk/spam folder).
Registration & Donation
- Registration must be completed by 3:30 PM on the day of the session. A signed consent form sent via Jane is required to participate.
- No walk-ins or late sign-ups are permitted.
- We kindly request a $10 donation per session to help sustain our programming. Payment can be made by cash, credit, debit, or e-transfer to info@momentumcounselling.org.
- Participation will never be restricted if you are unable to contribute $10.
