Skills for Social Anxiety Group (Virtual)

Skills for Social Anxiety (Virtual)

This group may be right for you if you feel that avoiding certain social situations and fear of judgement is one of the biggest barriers to you living your best life. We will be a smaller sized group with the same people each week. You do not need a social anxiety diagnosis to join! This group is offered for woman-identifying, Non-Binary, and Two Spirit individuals.

Our hope is that this group will boost your confidence. You’ll experience success in handling social anxiety, and learn skills you can keep applying even after the group series to live your best life in the social world!
