Virtual Healing Trauma Support Group: Part 2 (Skill Building)
“Build on the skills you’ve learned and continue your healing journey.”
This is Part 2 of the Healing Trauma series and is designed to build upon the skills learned in Part 1. This virtual group for women emphasizes practical strategies to help participants continue processing trauma, improve coping skills, and strengthen resilience.
Participation Requirements
- Participants must have attended at least 3 sessions of Part 1.
- This is a closed group, so pre-registration prior to the first session is required
What you will learn:
- Learn some of the most common (and biggest) communication mistakes and how to avoid/fix them.
- Develop skills in managing conflict constructively.
- Learn effective tools to reach a compromise and work through issues that keep coming up
- Get to know your partner all over again and reconnect as friends.
Pre-registration is required and the couples are expected to attend all 4 dates. Sponsored by our generous funders so there is no cost to participants.

- Format: Virtual via Google Meets
- Dates: October 20, 27; November 3, 10, 17 2025
- Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
- Please ensure you have a working webcam and microphone.

Registration & Donation
- Registration and a signed consent form are required for participation.
- Consent forms can be completed online via Jane or in-person.
- A $10 donation per session is requested to help support our programs. Payment can be made in-person, over the phone, or by e-transfer to info@momentumcounselling.org
- Participation will never be restricted if you are unable to donate.
